As of August im out of a job, found out for definate this morning, hopefully will find something else pretty sharpish if not i feel sorry for the poor rabbits with the amoutn of shooting i will be doing, every cloud and all that

does anybody here know where i can download a free dvd decoder for windows media on xp because i have a couple of copied dvds and they wont play at the moment its saying i need a decoder but i dont want to pay a tenner for one if i can get one for free

won em i got The rabbiting man part 1 and 2 fox digging hunting with air rifles 3 dvds on one 3 hours long trapping in uk fox hunting with lurchers and terriers rabbit lamping, long net ferreting,net making and ratting with terrier all on one dvd with a cd of 270 printable targets all came to 17 quid with another dvd waiting for a fiver not bad

Currently bidding on flea bay 16 and 17 minutes left on 3 of em and about an hour on the other hopefully i win em

just about to go have a mouch ther now mate hopefully it will produce the goods

i have never skinned or plucked an animal before feeding it to my ferrets and the only time i gut them is in the warmer months just saves a little bit of hassle when clearing the mess but other than that they get guts, feathers and fur!

well thats bull auto, my mate has a 5 year old ferret and it will not work and its not through lack of testing him, it wont enter a rabbit hole it just wont have any of it never has and i doubt it ever will

you said your a novice? i wouldnt rush into mate i kept ferrets for years before i tried to breed them, its alot of work for you and the jill get a couple of books and ask alot of questions then maybe try next year or the year after

Risky game mate, i know of people who use ferrets for ratting but i believe the odds are stacked against em, apparently most rats will bolt but if your ferret comes across a rat defending her young the ferret will face 1 hell of a fight, i say stick the ferrets to rabbits ther are plenty of other ways to sort the rats out without harming your ferret

Took the dogs for a quick run this morning and came across a couple of small warrens first was a 5 holer all easy to get to so i rang my mate and got him to meet me at mine i quickly boxed up the two ferrets grabbed the nets and went back to the place i was at earlier, only a 5 mintue walk from my house, netted the first warren up and entered my silver jill, first rabbit bolted it was no bigger than my fist which ent a good sign but it was shortly followed by a bigger healthy female rabbit, nothing else came of this warren even after i had entered my big albino hobb to try and get any stubborn rabbits to bolt, along the same hedge line about 40 yards up was an 8 holer pretty much the same as before but had one hole under the fence line but we managed to net it the best we could, entered the silver jill and she got things moving straight away one bolted shortly followed by another unforunatley we only netted one so ther other made the great escape, things went a bit quiet for a while then she appeared with a face full of blood so i had her up and entered the albino hobb he was under for about 5 minutes and then another two bolted in quick succession, then he re appeared i slipped him into another hole which produced 1 more so 5 in the bag and 1 missed not bad for an hour out

to fill my air rifle i use a divers bottle with a hose on the end with a nut that screws onto the guna to fill it, i recently purchased a theoben rapid 7 but the thread on the bottles are bigger than the nut on the diver bottle, can anybody tell me where i can buy an adaption for the bottles, will it be eier to buy a new hose with a bigger nut on the end or can i just buy a bigger nut and keep swapping them over depending on what gun i want to fill up?

Have Deben stopped making the Tracer Compact lamp? i own one but im looking for a red filter for it, i checked the Deben site and they didnt seem to list the Tracer Compact, if anyone knows where i can get the red snap on filters for the Tracer Compact please let me know cheers Hoskinz
