i am tentatively looking for Syndicate members for a DIY walk 1/ stand 1 shoot in the West lakes.

1200 birds down and shooting regular Saturdays. New members will be vetted and must be willing to help with summer work days and occasional feed days.

Fantastic ground and good fun. Guns with dogs a preference.

 I have a little 20g 425 but it needsarpund a 1” spacer, It’s 14” lop but I need 15”.

Can anyone advise my options please? I’m based in Cumbria.

Also a novice questions, I have a lovely greyhound which is a retired rescue. He’s 9 and still plenty of life in him. Do you see this as something which could spoil a training  gun dog?

Recently relocated back to cumbria from a long stint living and working in the north east. Professional guy basically just seeking some land for rough shooting / vermin control.

 

I am based near cockermouth and have farming relatives towards carlisle but looking for something a touch closer. Happy to talk about some reimbursement or just to keep on top of vermin. FAC /SGC holder and relevant insurance. Member of local game shoot.
