Anyone seen anything like this on a Rabbit before?? Looks like some kind of infected injury or some kind of growth or cancer??

Any guys or girls on here who work with Kydex or any product simlar? Only i own a knife which has no sheath and me being the safty minded person that i am wish to carry it in a safe manner. I thought about making a sheath out of leather but i aint exactly a DIY guy and couldnt saw a piece of wood straight if my life depended on it So any recomendations to materials or designs would be greatfully excepted
