Well done, There has been no pigeons round my way at all so I'm going out shooting Carrion crows etc sat going by the amount you shot, you would seem the best to ask , what did you do, decoy wise as i've never really gone all out for them just shot the ones that had come to look at the pigeon decoys. I have been watching 6 fields of beans, and I have only ever seen pigeons flying over them never actually feeding on them, so i'm hoping when harvest comes they hit them hard !

I have been watching four fields of sping beans and the only pigeons I have seen are the ones flying over it, not one has even taken an interest, . I suppose the only time they will hit them is when they have been harvested. I was looking at some freshly drilled hemp today but the only birds on them were sea gulls.

Looks like i might have to take the silenced 410 for the first couple of hours , Thanks for the advice

Hello , I'm going crow shooting tomorrow and have heard it is best to get set up before they leave roost if this true I'm looking at getting up at about 4 Harsh on a bank holiday ( he who Dares Rodders ), so I'm set up for about 5 so the big question is what time can I start shooting ? And is the above true about beating them to the field ? Thanks

Picked up my new gun this afternoon so thought I would give it a try ( Miroku 3800 game Gun 12G) The weather was a bit **** but there was a good wind so why not have an hour roost shooting . I got down to the wood at about six put the cartridges in then in they came, first shot one down dead, here we go I thought then nothing for about half an hour then in they came again but this time I forgot about the auto safe so missed that chance . After that they came in fits and starts but i ended up with 7 pigeons and 1 tree rat for 21 cartridges so not too bad, roll on saturday as I've got a whole days decoying to give it a proper workout . By the way all 7 had their crops stuffed to breaking point with rape so will be heading to those fields to see what happens . Kaiser

Hello, I'm selling my Rizzini E O/U single trigger ejector 12G shotgun, I bought it a year ago for £350, It has recently been serviced, its in good condition has the odd scratch on the stock, will make a great starter/spare or pigeon gun. I'm selling because i need the space in my cabinet as I have another gun on order it is a reluctant sale as i prefere it to my beretta 686 but as it is older it is time for a change. I had the same experience with them when I ordered air-pro and rotary deal, it took 7 weeks for the order to arrive . Each time I chased them about it they had received them, that they were then packing it right there and then would be there next day a week later nothing rang them again same story , what absolute ******* !!!!
