An unused Winchester gun case which has never been used. Leather bound sides. Two keys The case has very slight marks on the leather due to being moved about. The interior is a deep red and unmarked. As it is "aged" by storing its lost the "Here's the **** with the new case" look!! These are like "hens teeth" and rarely found. Looking for £65 PLUS postage SOLD TO THE MAN WITH THE CROSSED FINGERS! Oak gun case with red lining (no moths! The lid has an inset brass ring handle. Slight scratches to the surface but it is 100 plus years old. No trade label. The "tool box" has, in in "£8.10" written on the reverse. The cover has a mother of pearl knobbie. Barrel length 30" Made for a hammer gun by its shape. No key. I WAS GIVEN THIS KNIFE BY A POLISH MAN WHO FOUGHT WITH THE BRITISH IN WW2. SO ITS IS NOT A REPRODUCTION (I HOPE!) ABOUT 30 YEARS AGO. THE BLADE IS SHARP AND I CAN SEE WHY THEY WERE SO POPULAR WITH SPECIAL FORCES. THE TWO FLAPS ON THE SCABBARD ARE FOR SEWING IT INTO A COAT OR ON TO YOUR TROUSERS SO IT DID NOT "FLAP ABOUT" AND WAKE UP JERRY. 9' 6" Sage fly rod complete with bag and Sage tube. The tube is slightly marked due to travelling around in the car. Ceramic rings plus extension handle to make it a double handled rod. AFTM line 7 but casts an 8 a long way. The rod was hand made for me in the 90's by a Mr Lock of Hamshire. The finish is superb and the rod is a pleasure to use. why am I selling it? - Quite simple - I no longer have the time and hope to put the money into my Englisg gun fund! £200 including postage.
