Having rolled my Hilux pre Christmas (my fault, not the Toyota's) the insurance company has generously paid up as it was a write off.(It could be repaired but the roof is damaged) Has anyone a good 4 x 4 in the Cornwall/Devon (and perhaps a little further?) area which is not like the ones on certain auction sites that look bargains but a just a bit tired? Please no Freelanders,Nissan Navara's or Isuzu 3.0@ unless they have a good history! Can go to £5000 but being Cornish will haggle! Thanks for looking CC

REDUCED!!!!!! Browning "Humpback" circa 1930's. The bore is unmarked. Externally the barrel is in good condition with one mark at the tip of the barell. The gun recycles as it should. Stock has a few marks but for 70 plus years old its in good condition. There is a thin split in the forend which is not deep (i.e. does not go through) It appears to be an old repair which has lasted. Barrel 27.5". LOP 14.5" Please note this is a 5 shot so a FAC is required. £200 REDUCED!!!!!! Prefer F2F but will post at buyer's expense. Photos willingly sent via email as I cannot upload!

Gareth, Many thanks re the advice/ I looked at the Spinone re homing page and read their policy - from what I gather what ever they might find for you has to be neutered which I do not agree with. They are, as you say, a wonderful breed with great character and, with luck, excellent working dogs. I once had a GSP which I bought from a so called working dog breeder. It was a complete lunatic and barked, howled and whined all day and night. In the end I took it back and they agreed it was "not right" so that put me off GSP's! Thanks CC

After taking my hard working 3 year old Lab to the vets with a suspected bad back it appears he has, like his three predecessors the dreaded hip dysplasia.(Despite all the pedigrees with low hip scored parents!) A short working career now awaits him. I'm looking for a Spinone that someone might want to rehome? A breed that will suit my advancing years because of their docile nature. A very good loving (indoor) country home is offered with a lot of exercise.
