Whenever I have a problem, I ring the company or e-mail them in a polite way. It seems to work!!!

My worry with baiting is that it might be looked at as "unethical" and/or "bad practice" which, may lead to the banning of woodpidgeon shooting. If this practice becomes a common method, the anti-shooting campaigners will be given more power and more excuses. I feel it is up to us, shooters, to decide whether it should be banned or allowed( I do not like such practice myself) and force the issue to be clarified. See links below for info. I didn't need any food or drink , they looked after us very well , Got a coffee when we arrived . Then after the first two drives we got a warm punch then we had soup bread and sausage rolls and to top the day off we had more coffee and cakes .... So all that walking i did i then put back on the calories by stuffing my face We get nothing through the day but the company is great! We all go to the pub for a meal and a drink paid by the guns. It sounds as if you'll be going again!

Anyone roost shooting? Has anybodyelse had problems getting the deeks of trees after roost shooting. We've had to make a "funnel like" device to get to the lofting hooks. Do you bother with deeks for roost shooting?

I buy barbour jackets from John Norris. They always have offers on. Try to get a breathable one, they are more expensive but make a big difference.

I always use my safety catch but treat the gun as if it did not work. I much rather miss something because I forget the safety than put people or myself in danger.
