  13. why bust your back when you can use a fishing barrow...plus if its keeps me shooting till iam in my 70s iam all for using one.
  14. i dint think 10 decoys lines flask and a few other bits was so heavy no hide just laying on the ground but as it is easy walking under foot i thought of using the barrow then could take me hide not got a lot of cover at the mo cause of the flood water but the birds all ways seem to come into more deeks...its all ways ok going just the walk home lol
  15. after another 5mile walk to night with all the kit i thought sod it iam going to use my carp fishing barrow to carry it all plus then if no cover about, but the net around the barrow a couple hazel sticks for a bit of height for the net job done.i must add all my walking is on hard ground but the bag is killing my neck and back.barb wire fences are about a mile or two apart so no loading and unloading.
  16. good to here the water going down may be a bit better on sat,day
  17. got a mesh bag the other day used it to night found it ok sat ok on my back.got a carp fishing ruck sack that i use but cant get many decks in it.i tock 10 decoys with me pluse other bits. but if you shoot a few duck you cant get everthing in the ruck sack the mesh bag has room for that.as for the paint coming of i think you have to dry your deeks of or the water starts to make the paint lift.
