  1. Not to worry, Im sure Tommy will give us his view on this! and very interesting im sure it will be
  2. Hunters right! go for the 17HMR! it will suit your needs perfectly. And its not that loud with a good mod on it! Ive shot rabbits and moved 50 metres further down the field and shot more!
  3. Hi alex Axe is pretty spot on with his comments! but id say 100 yards on foxes in the head but as he said only if ur up 2 it! Cant recomend the 17hmr enough! brilliant little round for rabbits and foxes at close range! cant beat a CZ in 17hmr either!
  4. i got a 17hmr and i reckon it is awsome out shoot a .22 any day. id say mines good for rabbits out to 150 yards and ive had a few foxes between 80 and 125 yards. Wol wat scope have u got on yours? cus i got a hawke nite eye 3-12x50 illuminated reticule on my cz varmint. well pleased with the results.
  5. Ive shot a few foxes with a 22lr. As long as they aint to far and shot placement is right they are fine. Just like the 17Hmr which some people seem to under rate.
  6. Hi Gibby. Thats some nice shooting. What setup are u using.
  7. I use a Hawke 3 - 12 x 50 illuminated mildot on top of my cz varmint 17hmr. Ive had 9 foxes with it since september awsome scope well recomend it. Can half inch group with at 100 yards easily on my rifle.
