Well you be carfull because beretta06 will probably be the idiot doing 45 on a dual carriage way in order to keep his licence and be causing accidents all around him due to frustration of other drivers!! I didn't condone speeding I just said that people that said they don't are lieing. And no I'm not saying people that are doing twice the speed limit shouldn't be punished but you shouldn't lose your licence for being a couple of mph over the limit! The shooting community are already under enough scrutiny! Royal

I'm not sure how speeding makes you a bad person but I suppose any excuse and all that!! Ps don't anybody come back and say they don't speed because they would be speaking out of there bums!! When I had my cabinet at my parents in my younger days two big burly lancashire firearms officers came to check my cabinet armed with a crowbar! He said if they could at all get the crowbar behind the cabinet that they would both have a good swing on it. My poor mum thought they would pull the house down. On the second visit 5 years later only one turned up and all he asked was if I could get him another pair of behind the counter lowa boots for when he's kicking doors in! Lol Too many people panic about visits and inspections, beleive it or not there not trying to catch you out or stitch you up there generally on your side! Royal

I understand that completely but he is the one claiming disability allowance and he is actually using and driving his mobility car for use at work to move brushes and paint sheets around etc.... And surely if he doesn't have a business yet he is handing out flyers and has them on show in public places then he is falsely advertising aswell? He just needs a good slap to be honest but I'm a little more sensible than that these days! Royal

PADI = pay in advance die immediately! If you want to dive at a reasonable price as well as joining a club for the social side BSAC is defo the way ahead. PADI are good if you dive once a year on holiday as they will take inexperienced novices in the water for a stupidly expensive fee. BSAC on the other hand are a lot more thorough but it does take longer to learn and get in the water with them but its a year cost which is fair and most clubs organise a couple of dives a week. I did ask the court that exact question and they said if there has been no date put on then both him and the court can't hold me to a date to pay! Basically it was a court mess up! Royal

Mate it just said that he ows me x amount of pounds and I owe him x amount. It gives no dates and no other details? It doesn't even tell me how I can appeal which he said it would?? Royal

Thing is he is the sort of guy that wouldn't give me a receipt so I thought a cheque was traceable! Surely though if there is no date on the judgement for it to be paid by then I have as long as I want? Maybe I should give him £1 in cash and say I'm paying in instalments? Royal

No but I've got the letter which doesn't have a date to pay it by and my solicitor sent him the cheque to his company! Royal

That was the other mess up the court didn't actually put a date on that all monies had to be paid by! When I spoke to the lad at the court he said that was the courts mess up so he couldnt hold me to a date anyway! This whole episode has been a circus from start to finish! Royal

No I've spoken to the court and told them I tried to pay him with a cheque but he said he needed cash! They said I've done exactly what was told of me so I'm ok! If you know any different then let me know. It was done through Exeter county court small claims? Royal

It actually worked out that I owe him a percentage as he did do some work. I made out a cheque to his business name. It's a great shame that he can't cash it because the business doesn't exist! Lol Royal

Guys please don't get the idea that I'm normally that sort of person but the guy really took the wee out of the misses as I was away when he did the work. I still feel a little guilty as he will lose everything but I guess he deserves too! Royal

Guys, Cutting a very long story short I had a kitchen fitted and a couple of walls knocked down to make a more open living space for my young family. There was a guy advertising himself as a painter and decorator down the gym I train so used him. Anyway he trashed it all with a whole host a things so its now going to cost me more to fix than the price he was charging me. It took him 6 mornings so I basically offered him £500 to ****** off bearing in mind he dindnt pay for paint etc. He basically told me to jump and he would take me to court which he did last week. It ended up basically I owe him some money and he ows me some money. I hope I havnt bored you too much as this is the funny bit!! I went in the gym Friday and was told that this guy Gary hasn't been to the gym for ages as he is currently under investigation as his business doesn't exist and also he claims complete disability benefit so gets his car etc all paid for. So I don't know how it happened but a phone call was made Friday afternoon to the benefit fraud line and a little time after copies of both his claims paper work as well as copies of his references which go back the last 5 years which he submitted to the court ended up at the benefits office. I also beleive the person who sent all this in got a thankyou email from the fraud team about 10 minutes ago thanking that person as they now don't have to investigate him anymore as he has incriminated him self!!! What a shame!!!!! Royal

The only thing I would say and no doubt you won't listen as I didn't, but once you pass be a little sensible with what you buy. The fun bit is going around corners at 30-40 mph not being able to do 150mph in a straight line on a bike with the biggest engine you can afford!! I'm sure you won't listen as nobody ever does but no matter what you get take it easy for the first couple if months till you get use to it! Royal (god I'm sounding like my dad)

Mate were abouts are you as I currently have one in my cabinet that is collecting dust. It's got a pes mod and a scope and only fired about 6 rounds in the 2 years I've had it! Royal Guys I'm currently out and about on the mobile. When I get home I will get all the info you have asked for! Royal

So what's your next plan of action? A direct death course? I did my test a year ago and its the best thing I ever did although saying that if you'd have asked me this morning at 0930 not being able to feel my hands, nuts or feet I may have said differently! Lol Royal

Both parts make up the theory mate if you failed the hazard perception you will have to do both parts again! :-( Royal

I shoot next to a reserve and public footpaths and its in our club rules that all birds must be carried in a bag and out of sight of the public! There were several complaints this year from do-gooders complaining about the odd one being seen whilst the guys are putting them into their cars from the bags. Royal

What did you get on the hazard perception? I got told off for over pressing!! Lol Royal
