It could be his flue analyser indicating a reading of 95% efficiency but this just indicates that the gas is burning cleanly its not a indication of how efficient your boiler is

We had a clay trap on the permission that myself and 2 other shoot We turned up friday nothing doing so decided to shoot few clays Clay trap missing from the barn where it was kept. Spent the weekend asking around if anybody had moved it but no one new where it was Decided to look on e-bay for a new spring for the other trap we have 1st item listed is our trap. Reported to police and ebay but its up to us to prove its ours Auction has finished and item is sold Hope we can recover this Just a bit peeved and had vent myself somewhere

Thanks for the replys The barrels are chrome lined . I bought the gun second hand from a mate of my brother in law. Apparantly the gun has had steel through it previously without problem when he used to go wildfowling. I shall use it occasionally Thanks again

I have an old baikel o/u with double trigger. 2 3/4 inch chambers and proofed to 3 1/4 tons per square inch it has 2 sets of barrels 28inch and 32 inch both choked 1/4 and 1/2 the steel shot are 2 3/4 inch cartridges and say 3 1/4 tons per square inch But my local gun dealer says not to use them in my gun because its old and i should buy a new gun. surley a 2 3/4 inch chamber proofed to 3 1/4 tons will take a cartridge of that spec wont it ? I walked my permission today gun in hand just in case. Didnt see a single pigeon or rabbit. Lots of crows but always too far away. Oh and more seagulls than you can shake a stick at. Will have to try later in the week.

Well i had an invite today from a friend. Come along we are having a pheasant drive. Its the only saturday i have had to work in about 3 months. Aint that typical.

Heard on the news today that even if we were all green and energy efficient any effect we MAY have WOULD be ofset by chinas expanding economy. Its just another tax. Education has to be the way forward. But the government has to find money from somwhere to pay family allowance to the romanian fathers whos 12 children still live in romania. :blink: sorry didnt read williams post about romanians.

Today i got my first permission . And the farmer approached me. Well he asked me to do some work for him in my other capacity. And i mentioned to him that i was looking for land He said turn up anytime you like because if there is people on the farm he can trust there is less chance of scumbags hanging around. Just got to wait for my gun coming back from the gunsmith Hopefully it wont be long.

I havnt seen many about yet . Still waiting to see a field full then i can go and ask the farmer if he needs any help

It makes you wonder where this once fine country will end up. As Tracker said its up to us. We have to stand up for our selves instead of bending over backwards to make sure everybody else is happy and fits in. This is our country our heritage and our free will.
