Surprised they have managed to get hold of some, i had a camo one on order for over 6 months and it still never turned up, something to do with Remington putting the UK on the back burner while they supplied every one else. I brought a Benelli M2 so realy they did me a favour.

I brought a pair from the states and they really did look the business, unfortunately one boot leaked and no matter how i tried to seal it, it still leaked.

I was in a similar position a few weeks back waiting to see if a fine turned up in the post, i was lucky and did not get one, i think from what you are saying you will be ok. It will be a long 2 weeks hawking the post though.

Say what you like about Theoben, but they did have the best deep bluing on there guns, i have never liked that matt finish on guns.

I used to have a Skan, and regret selling it because it was very good at shooting in confined spaces. I have seen this Gunpower and it looks like it could do the job.

I may add that she has been working in a care home while applying for other jobs, she is not expecting to walk into a high paid job just like that, just getting the money that is said the job will start at.

I wanted to really go to town over this when my daughter came home and told me this today, but she seems to be just accepting this saying she has been on interviews hundreds of miles away from home only to be given the run around by what i would call jobs worths, at 47 i think i must be completely out of touch with what young people have to go through to get a good job today.

To say a job is 20 grand to get the applicants coming in, and then get the last 2 people bidding down there wage from there, no, not right.

I am so p**** off with this, when i think how hard she has worked to get her degree and the amount of debt that she has clocked up getting there only to come up against this sort of policy, back in the 90s when she was growing up, we as parents were told education is the key to a good job so you get it in there heads to work hard and go to uni, for what.

My Daughter who is nearly 23 and recently finished uni has been to various job interviews being made to do all kinds of team building exercises and what i would call being given the run around at her expense, but this last one really does take the p*** . She is called back to the office to what she thinks will be an offer for the job, only to see a younger girl there all so up for the job, the boss then gets them in a bidding war going down from the starting wage of 20 grand a year that was on offer, this other girl would do the job for 18 grand so my daughter reluctantly went the same, the other then went 16 grand, at this point my daughter walked away from it still being polite, if it had been me his desk would have been on his head, surely this can not be right.

I have all ways thought that he seemed the sort of person that could really go off on one if he got upset enough, and when you look at what he has access to, not good.

Leave the motor bike and stick with getting him through his car test, at that age they are in the high risk group, with no real road experience. A friend of mine had there life devastated with there son on his first bike, sorry for the doom and gloom.

The valves are ok, i have cleaned out the crank case breather and its only burning half its oil so a step in the right direction. I think as someone has all ready said it will take some time for the new rings to bed in, i will just have to keep an eye on the oil level.

i will have another look at it tomorrow, just got fed up with it today after it burnt nearly all its oil again when running in, i am beginning to think its something to do with that crank case breather. I think i will take it out and give it a clean.

Try not to get drawn into the, its a Beretta so there for its better. Company's like Bettinsoli try a lot harder to please the customer rather than just go by there name.
