Yes I thought the nosler figure was the standard hornet spec hence why I loaded it to the figure given for the hornady vmax, the nosler shoots well in my gun achieving 1/2" group at 100yds with 13gr lil'gun so I plan on sticking with that bullet. I just need a seater I can use to seat it easily to the required depth.

I am new to reloading so any info help appreciated 👍 I'm trying to load them as per my reloading manual, I can't remember the exact figures as I'm not home at the moment but I think the 40gr vmax is something like 1.825" col and the 35gr 1.725", nosler specify something like 1.725" for there 40gr btip but I tried loading them to the same col as the vmax

Yes I have tried that to no avail, I am using 40gr vmax, 40gr nosler btip, and also 35gr vmax It's like the hole that the bullet tip sticks in is too big

Hi Karl, I have a lee one at the minute, it doesn't seat the bullets deep enough so would to try a different brand Cheers
