Considering buying a semi auto for pigeon shooting and maybe some clays. I’d like something with short barrels and open or multi chokes. Not bothered about if it’s wood/synthetic finish. I’ll be shooting 28g loads mostly maybe some 32g’s. Don’t want to spend a fortune. Am looking at Beretta 302’s loads about for sub £300. Has/Does anyone had/have one? Anything else I should consider? Also if anyone around Leicestershire has anything they are thinking of selling that they want me to consider drop me a message. Thanks in advance!

Moving to one fibre was cartridge so clearing out everything else. All in good condition. stored properly etc. Located in Leicestershire. SGC needs to be shown when collecting. 1. RC T3 28g 7.5 plastic wad 2 slabs sealed and 9 Boxes, mostly boxed. A few loose. Listed on Just Cartridges at £255. For sale £220. 2. Hull Pro 20 24g 7.5 plastic wad 1 slab sealed. JC price £71. Thanks all. So consensus is that the old perazzi will be ok with the steel? Even without steel proofing. What’s that about the 3s counting as HP steel, I’ve not heard that before? So would I need to only shoot 4s? My preference is to shoot the 12 bore but don’t want to knacker such a nice and sentimental gun.

Hello all. Am looking to draw on your collective knowledge. Have booked on a couple of driven duck days for the first time this year. Not sure which gun cartridge combo to use out of two and would appreciate your input/thoughts please. Aware of the buy new gun or cartridges option but if we can ignore that for the time being please. The day will be shooting normal/average driven ducks. Option one - Perazzi Grand Italia 12 bore from the 80s. One fixed choke at half and another multi choke with half in it. There’s no fleur de leys Mark on the barrels though. I have got some Express 32g 3s and 4s plastic wad. Option 2 - Cesar Geurini 20 bore. Steel proofed. I have Express Plastic wad 24g 4s in 20 bore. Imagine I’d need to tighten the chokes To get a decent pattern with these. Struggling to find any other steel 20 bore cartridges. Other non toxic is mega money. Can I shoot steel through the 12 bore? Will the 24g 4s be enough cartridge to work ethically? Anything else? Thanks.

Had a clear out this weekend and got a few bits for sale. Thought I would try here before they go on Ebay. First up is 4 shooting ties. First is Yellow with ducks and shotguns, second is black with hunting dogs on it, third is red with ducks and finally a seeland tie with woodcock on it. All are used but in good condition, no damage but may have a small mark somewhere if looked at really closely but perfectly fine for a nice day shooting. £10 each collected or £12 posted Next is a pair of brand new breeks with a waterproof lining. They are marked as a 36 but when measured they are really a 34. SOLD Pair of used moleskin breeks, 34 waist size, £12 collected or £15 posted. Used but no damage. A brown musto fleece, size medium, has quite a bit of wear but great for beating etc and has plenty of life left in it SOLD Black slip, 50 inches long with side pocket.
