  1. Sorry to disagree once again but speed doesn't kill, however rapid deceleration does. I agree that there is a time and a place to open a fast car up, where its safe to do so and without endangering anyone else. Everyone makes mistakes and sadly this one cost 2 lives. RIP (Ryan Dunn of Jackass fame was also killed in a porsche which left the road at high speed)
  2. 50% somewhere round Nottingham. Well someones cocked up, I'm only 6 miles off the Scottish border. I guess I must be a soft northener, this must be intended for those who cant pronounce a word properly if it contains a T.
  3. Where you go wrong is assuming each man paid £9. When £25/3= £8.33 recurring.
  4. As long as you are confident with the shot (I was, had shot steel plates and milk jugs 3 out of 3 with consecutive shots at 300 yards, so I knew how much to dial up and that the rifle could easily do it.) As long as you have a safe backstop and the shot was safe (fox was in the middle of a field midway up a large hill.) Then I see no problems with taking the shot, there was no wind I might add and I probably wouldn't have taken the shot if there had been a good wind, as I haven't yet got a wind meter for calculating precise windage, I'd rather leave it be than injure it. It is very satisfying making a kill at that distance though but I wont make a habit of it and don't plan on doing it that far again.
  5. 87gr V Max with 46gr Viht N160 @ 3200fps. Tested and proven, puts 'em down instantly with any well placed shot (head, neck or boiler room.) Got my last at a laser ranged 300 yards, so this is also a good long range load due to a good bullet BC.
  6. Yes, it's airsoft, it's a replica of a Mac 11 machine pistol. They can be used for plinking at cans or targets etc. or can be used in airsoft games which are similar to paintball. They fire 6mm plastic bb's and it will run off 'green gas' aka propane, which comes in large aerosol cans. 7. V-max are varmint bullets and A-max are for target shooters from what I understand. The V-max's polymer tip is longer and sits further into the bullet. A-max are not recommended for hunting but I've heard of people using them for it. Dont quote me on this but I've also heard that A-max's are not classed as expanding ammunition and can be bought without an FAC? http://www.hornady.com/bullets http://www.riflesintheuk.com/bullets.htm -look under the Varmint bullets subtitle. Hope this helps!
