  1. How many would you need? You say 7 hours so I guess that's 7 hour long sessions? Could it be possible to have 1 1/2 sessions? Or don't you normally do that? ATB Solz
  2. Yes!!!! Definitely would book a lesson if you did go ahead! Would this be a regular thing ( I know it would depend on number ofc ) or just a one off date? Reason I ask is been looking for some lessons recently, however work does get In the way sometime (I'm a farm worker) so would be annoyed if I couldn't get the day off. Also what date/dates would you be thinking of doing this? Hope you can ATB Solz

Is this still for sale? What's the p&p ?
  4. Fair enough, l was just wondering as I have heard they would be bringing out a true left hander (left ejecting) this fall. Was wondering if I was this new version or one of the a400 series
  5. Yep agree with you, I went to their open day last month ( where I tried the 525) great layout of traps and friendly staff
  6. Thank you again for the replies, sorry I've only just it read them due to my laptop dieing the other day :( so now i need a new laptop, but think a new gun is more important I planning on going to coleys at some stage ( I also plan to start shooting there ) so will try them both ( and the mk38) and see what they feel like. Once I've had a shoot with the guns I will try and keep my eye out for any s/h ones going around. ATB Solz
  7. Just and update, was passing a gun shop today so popped in ( shop doesn't have "try befor you buy") but did have a 725 In stock, so had a little look and feel I'n the shop, it did feel different to the 525 and I did like it But will hopefully vist a different shop soon and compare (shoot) both guns and make my mind up then ATB
  8. I'm sure I can word it some how I am a farmer
  9. dougall thank you for the reply, the 325 just doesn't fit me, it is a rand hand cast on with I can't get along with and when the gun is mounted i don't look straight down the barrel. Also can you claim the vat back on new guns??
  10. Thank you for the replies, I actually like the look at the 725, and like the black action even more, but think that's is a bit to much money for me. What I have been thinking is going for the 525 and with the money I save ( by not buying the 725) spend on a few lessons This of course may change when I try both guns next to each other or if I can find a 725 s/h Solz
  11. I shoot left handed anyway
  12. Thank you for the replies. I will shoot both and make judgment once I have shot them both a few times, I'm planning in getting some coaching/lesson and maybe get it fitted if it needs doing/have the pennies
  13. I didn't notice I did I typo, yes I have. 325 and a beretta 687, the 687 is a 28" barrel and the 325 is a 30" but don't realy get on well with either. I want to getting into clay shooting a bit more and think I prefer a 30" barrel ( which the 325 has) but like a said don't shoot well with it. It was given to me as a Gift some years ago also. I am going to part ex it for the new one
  14. When you say you prefer the 725 why is that? Is it the handling? THe piontablity? The recoil? Or just general feel of the gun? Anyway hopefully i will make another trip to the gun shop and I can pick up and shoot both of them side by side Thx Solz
  15. I went to coleys the other day I tried the 525 there but didn't try te 725, was just wondering if anyone else thought the 725 was worth the more money
  16. Ok thank you for your views I'm a strange person who just likes new shiny things lol But all jokes aside I will look at 2nd if one comes up Thx Solz
  17. Hey all, looking for some advice on what gun to get First may I say this gun will many be used on clays with the odd pigeon ( as I have a semi auto for that) So my question is which to get the browning 525 or the 725 ( I will be buying new) im looking for a l/h sporter grade 1 model. Is the 725 worth the extra money? Is there a noticeable difference in the models? I have shot the 525 and the fit and feel is good for me, although i did have a bit of cheek slap but I guess that's down to my mount, I should also say that I plan to hve a few lessons to start with Any advice is welcome Solz Edit: sry if this question has been asked befor, if it has I'm sry and a link to the topic would be nice
  18. As above, do a quick search and ur find some for info on that gun. I would say for around the £600 go for a second hand beretta, browning, miruko rather than a new "entry level/cheaper" make of gun. ATB
  19. Nothing wrong with benellis!!! But for less than £500 look out for a second and sx3 or beretta a300. Or for even less (around the £300 look for he beretta 300 series
  20. Maybe look at a Winchester sx3?
  21. I had the same gun, and I had no end of problem with it, sold it as soon as a I could (it went back to the shop and they couldn't fix the problems so gave me my money back ) I'm would be a bit nervous when buy such guns, simply bcos as there to many mixed review I feel that it is almost "luck" if the gun work or is reliable. I also think the fact that some guns don't have problems yet others of the same make/model work fine make the company and manufacturing process unreliable. I think it is a quality control problem and cheaper materials. Just my own opion
  22. Sorry for the later reply, but ive done about 60hours work in the last 3 days :( had an email which basically said the imported haven't got any ad wont import any unless they get a firm order (which i kinda guessed) this is a shame as there is a serious lack of high end gas operated semis for us left handers :(
  23. well had an email back from the sportsmans gun centre today and they said (what already has been said) that the importers are SMK. they are going to get in contact with me when they know prices ect
