One of my best shots was stood on a track in a wood, pheasant shooting. My phone rings and I answer it. A few shooters left and right of me a bit annoyed I answered my phone probably thinking my mind wasn't on the task. Just then I had a nice high hen bird come over and in the space of about 2 seconds I dropped the phone shot the bird and then picked the phone up again telling my girlfriend about how good I was
cheers huffhuff that answers my questrion cheers pal. next time i have a woody ill try it on that, dont know if it will work the same, but worth a try. Dont worry if it doesnt work nothing will go to waste

I heard from quite a reliable source that you are able to remove pigeon breast from said pigeon by standing on its wings face up and pulling its legs. I'm not familiar with this as I usually pull back the skin and cut the breast out. Does anyone else know how to do this or any other ways of doing it???
I find in the summer usually 12 o'clock till about 2 o'clock there will be, not necessarily a big flurry but they will start to come in to a decoy pattern more frequently maybe in 5s or 6s
Great to get started young. I'm only 22 and very keen on my shooting, but it all started when I was about 6-7 years old going beating and sitting in the garden with my dad and an air rifle. I loved those years and look forward to the many years to come
I shot 43 last weekend and i took them to the pub in trade for beer which sets my Saturday's up nicely which I thinks not a bad deal. Most country pubs will bite your hand off for a bit of game
