i was in a minor accident 12 yrs ago and got slight whiplash which at the time i never did anything about.... i now suffer from neck/back and pains in my arms when sitting for a prolonged period....the speciallist reckons it was the accident too blame so get yourself checked out too be safe

I just separated from my wife (last tuesday)and getting a settlement and was thinking about trading in my golf tdi (re mapped) for a scooby i think i might also be going through a "phase"........

have you managed to transfer all the programs/files from you last HDD?? syncing your i phone might remove all the apps if you dont have them on you comp... however most bought music will be stored in itunes.. and apps.......

I have for sale a ruger 10/22 stainless /syth with 3 rotary mags (10 shot),p/h mod and hawke nite eye Ne 3-12x50 A0 Ir nite eye scope It has a wooden (painted black) stock on it just now with shoulder strap eye mounts but i have the syth stock as well.. Gun in in great cond and fired around 300 shots in total... i bought it for lamping but i cant get out as much as i want to so i will just use my CZ the barrel has been floated and it has an extended mag release and comp trigger.. Looking for £350 ono face to face preferred with open slot for .22
