How do you fasten that? If you are mounting it on to a wooden post like in your original picture, then just put a wood screw in the end hole of the band, screw this into your post, wrap the band around your tube and cut off as much as you need, then put another wood screw through that end hole into the post.As you drive the screw into the post it tightens the band. You could also use a nut and bolt instead of the screws. Sounds a bit complicated, but is easy once you get the idea. Cable ties are easier still
