24g 9s on OSK and 28g 7s and 8s on sporting continental sizes, good shell IMHO, good price! -
Beretta Optima and Optima HP: Red band or skeet choke is more open than The Blue band Cylinder choke.

Rio Target Loads are a great all round shell. I regularly use the 24g 9s for OSK and the 28g 7s and 8s in plastic and fibre for sporting.
