Falcon the washers id is the same size a the rollers I'm going to have to make some more washers with a smaller centre hole out of some ptfe I have at work

Yea the centre hole is the size of a hair roller so yea it's to big so is that a possible problem

Falcon the cracking is with the pellet washer can't move they are a tight fit and made out of rubber I made them in work today and I've tried adding and removing chambers with no luck Mark I'll send you the pic

Right first is there any law saying you can't make your own moderator Second I've just finished making it there is something that's not right just fired it and it's making a cracking sound I have four 5mm neoprene washers inside and some felt I got from work oh and it's 2inches longer than my whisper 180 any advice would be helpful Thanks

I have a whisper 180 when I put it on the gun it was quite loud so I got some felt from work a lot thicker than the one that was already inside the whisper and now there is not much noise so my advice would be put thicker padding inside
