  1. Looking to get back into a pheasant syndicate for next season or even the rest of this? Live Edinburgh but willing to travel 2 hours out with this area, safe shot and fully insured with BASC.
  2. Looking to join a syndicate in the lothians/Fife area, safe experienced gun, anything around?

    Labrador pups

Just wondered if there are any Labrador pups up for sale? Must be from good working lines and preferably black? In Scotland but willing to travel for the right dog. Cheers Lee
  6. Thanks for the replies, gives me confidence that tmrw should be a good day 👍🏻
  7. Yes the road and footpath would be to my back and all shots would be away from them so no public would be endangered, could there be a complaint by the public for being a nuisance, baring in mind the path is very seldom used for walking, mostly by cyclists, farmer is happy for me to shoot wherever. It as long as it's legal and within the law, just don't want to end up on the wrong side of it
  8. This has probably been covered many times before but can't seem to find a clear answer on the net, I've got pigeons hammering my permission but they are landing on the far side of the field, the only way to properly shoot them is from the hedge that has a foot path and road on the other side of it, how far from the path/road do I have to be to legally shoot? I'm in Scotland btw
  9. Thanks for the replies and input guys, think I'm swaying towards the sx3 although will have a feel for the beretta when I go for the gun, wanting something new for the warranty but thanks for the offer Mr.C
  10. Probably been mentioned before but what would be the best all round semi auto that's reliable and won't break the bank, Been looking at the Winchester sx3 but that's cause I've been swaying towards a new wildfowling semi but would this be suitable for lighter loads for pigeons/rabbit etc Won't be shooting game with this tho only ducks geese and pigeon most likely.
  11. Hi all, just after some advice about the Tay, only ever shot there once before, although was a success for another just not for myself, being a young lad when I first visited with my fathers friend ( 7 years ago ) I enjoyed every second of it even tho I never lifted the gun to a bird, the experience will stick with me, any how the question I was wanting to ask is, where did I go that day? I only just remember us taking a turning for errol and then parking up and walking down an old pipe to the shore! Any1 point me in that direction again? Fathers friend is no longer with us so can't rattle his brains about it but hopefully someone with local knowledge can? Hoping to make some trips up this year and with luck bag a goose or 2, Feel free to pm me if you like. Cheers. Lee
