  1. Looking at a junior 20g think the 12g is bit long unless there's a junior like ..
  2. I callEd at Bradford stalker about 3 month ago he had few in but cheapest was over £8 a box so no good.. I'll just stay as I am for now hopefully my lad will have his 20g by his bday in July I've got my eye on one now so should save a bit then ??
  3. Yes this right I was screwing that on and of to show my lad .. when do u think you would want to add the extension in what way would it help??
  4. I think the 20g youth combo what I'm looking at is the 26" is that right
  5. Think this might be to far for me this matey
  6. Just been to a shop local to let the lad handle a youth 20g semi for the second time and he says it feels ok it's even a shorter stock than his 410 so think we might give it a whirl .
  7. Yeah they are expensive everywhere all ranging from 7.50-9.00 ?
  8. Does anyone know of anywhere what do 410 cartridges suitable for clays at a reasonable price in the co Durham/cleveland area ..currently using 18g 7.5shot gambore...
  9. He likes his rifle shooting as well had a few rats now with his little air rifles...and also got a good tally on rabbits aswel now with the rimmy. This was his First rabbit about 2 year ago with my air rifle ? happy moment...
  10. That's it I'll probably regret it ....and he already tried and o/u couple times and just to weighty as he's only 9 can't move it quick enough
  11. Looking for a 20g junior semi preferably a armsan now for my lad to progress..not sure whether to sell my tikka t3 .223 just to fund it quick no hassle or wait to find a decent s/h one cheaper. Plan was to get the tikka for the intention of sorting Charlies out but spending more time concentrating on the boy and his clays and the odd pigeon outing so the tikkas no been out for neely a year and would and would probably kick myself when it's gone ??
  12. Anything else out there ??
  13. Roughly what age for you think it suits plz??
  14. Hi is the rfd transfer still out the question just thought id check Thanks Neil
  15. Just looking at a set a friend has on Sunday they look excellent he got the two point rest for the top aswel think that alone was about 40 quid, but yes look just the job for sitting in wait ?
  16. That was the plan but the o/u are a little heavy for him to move quickly enough he's only 9.
  17. That sounds spot on that how old is he? .
  18. Was looking at one in one of my local gun shops he had bought an armsan 20g for his wife comes with adult and youth stock which is handy but yes they look canny ..about £450 new I think .
  19. I'm looking for a 20g semi auto youth for my son who's ready to move up from a 410, already tried a single barrel 20g which fell through due to problems with the gun so going down the semi auto route to get the best of both worlds 2 shots for the clays and 3 for been out in the hide but still having only 1 barrel for weight as he's only 9. So something not expensive like a escort or armsan would be ideal preferably clean, would rfd for the right gun.

    FAC AIR

Yeah I'm not using massively heavy pellets hence lower power was going to try bis mags after this tin i'm using and bump it up a tad.

    FAC AIR

I've had the AA s410 EXTRA FAC in 22 for about 4 year now and it's been spot on for me, only been running the power at a tad over 3quarter using it for rats rabbits and roosting corvids.never missed a beat.
  22. Chambered for 3" magnum this one, it's got a few minor dinks on the butt but the metalworks clean.
  23. The gun I've been looking at looks a fairly modern gun yet nothing fancy and quite budget looking. It has the leaver to break the barrel like the baikal .410 has near the rear of the trigger.
