  1. Hi I have finnily decided in which air rifle I like and Have put a deposit by for a second hand S410 in very vrey good condition no marks or nothing! 395 with scope and silencer!

I just wanted to know what pellets work best for this gun if anyone would know!

    Many Thanks PD

  2. Hi Would any know of any land, farms possible to be worth asking permission to some shooting! Two of us me 16 and dad's mate 29, very keen hunters, have just both aplied for our shot gun certificates and one of us firearms, mainly interested in air rifle shooting at the moment!

Live in lancing, prepared to travel as far as brighton way if anyones knows where this is!

    Cheers

    Many Thanks Shane

  3. yes I have one! mine is the mk1 version ie was fitted with silencer that didnt?

modded mine with the use of a lathe to enable a logun silencer to be fitted now its spot on ( you wont have to do that though as the Mk2 comes with a VERY effective silencer) the gun is a little heavy as the air cylinder is total overkill? you aint gonna blow this one its tested to a thousand bar!!! mine is the 22 version its superbly accurate using accupels smooth efficient indexed cocking system that wont load allow more than 1 pellet to be loaded! and you get two very functional mags as standard so you dont need to spend another 30 pr 40 quidif you want spare load in your pocket? I like the filling method its quick and easy but not to everyones taste but I prefair it to hoses and push connectors etc

my other gun is a daystate x2 and if I had to sell one it would be goodbye daystate

    cheers Keith

I'm really stuck for choice at the moment because I really like the look of the HW100 but not certain on the filling part! And I also really like the BSA hornet which at the moment I cant find nothing wrong with it and not heard no complaints!

    Many Thanks PD

  4. Has anyone heard of sabot pellets, My dad was telling me about them when he had them when he was younger! You put a like pellet into its plastic coating casing then insert it into your barrel, They are ment to be deadly but cant get hold of none anywhere!

    Cheers PD

  5. I've just read up on the review of the HW100 and it say's it's a good gun and all that but when you re-charge it up you have to take to air cylinder of the gun and dirt could get into the seals, So its changed my mind on it a little but I'm also very very intersted in the BSA hornet! What's everyone's opinons on that!

    Cheers

  6. Hi I accidently posted a reply in one of the topics which I was ment to start a new topic! Sorry, Well will start again

Does anyone have a HW100 out there if so what is it like as it looks like a lovely gun and I'm very tempted to purchase it!

    Many Thanks Shane

  7. Im 15 mate, Its really annoying that I cant travel through a public pace with my air-rifle because I cant get to the land I have permission on without annoying my mum or dad!

Can I shoot my air-rifle on private land that I have permission on without an adult?

  8. I think Its around a month for the jill to give birth to her young! Im not certain.

I would personaly seperate the 2 jills your mate has because if one has a litter it would cause them to fight and it would kill the litter!

  9. what sort of equipment do you need to hatch chicks not on a large scale just about 2 or 3 des it cost a lot of money?

    cheers Reed

You need an incubater! Thats around £30

I think you can get small one's but im not certain.

You need a special red filtered chick lamp!

You also need a tray, like a cat litter tray, something where the chicks wont get out of in the first week!

Then you would want some chick food, you can get this in any local pet store!

And last of all fresh water every day! In a tray where the chick cant drown in!

If you decide to start incubating your own eggs PM me and I will give you some more detail!

    Cheers

  10. I just cant wait until the geese eggs hatch out!
