shots from the air tank doesnt worry me, i've never shot enough in one sitting to need to refill, its the not knowing/forgetting if theres one in the mag that bugs me and normally ends up with me just dry firing by accident i want to solve

had my sub 12 .177 s510 for many years now and like it very much but recently picked up a new job to control many many pigeons in a cubicle shed and i keep loosing count of how many shots i fired meaning i end up dry firing. anyone know if theres a way you could setup an s510 to lock the bolt open when empty?

so took it apart today, was fairly dirty so cleaned the gas (chamber?) (bit that comes off the barrel with the ports), cleaned the in and out of the piston, pulled the slide back and cleaned the outside of the mag tube and then wiped it all down with an oily rag. only thing i noticed after watching a strip down video is that there is no o ring in front of the gas piston? isnt inside the barrel part isnt under the piston couldnt find it anywhere, the gun cycles fine even with 28gr clay cartridges so not fussed unless it could cause damage? the chokes read v3 wether that helps i dunno

i have to say i dont think its fair to blanket kofs as bad guns, have had my 20 bore 5 years now and have probably sent 5000 32gr 5's through its absolutely no issues. personally would have to agree with bruno22rf that you could probably threaten with legal action and quite easily win providing you can get written approvely from multiple gunsmiths that it was a manufacturing fault

hi, just bought my first semi auto - a hatsan escort 12g, 3 inch chamber, 28inch barrel. just wondering what i should be doing in terms of cleaning for it? took it out and put a box through it just messing, took the barrel off and gave it a push through and oil as i've always done with my break actions. just not sure what i should be doing in terms of the gas piston and bolt etc.

The only time I would ever consider an fac air rifle would be at practically point blank headshot if there was no other option

hi, im 15 and got my fac about 8 months ago with a .22 air rifle, then recently got a .22LR. i want to do my dsc1 as from what i've read there are no specific age restrictions. i've done alot of stalking and shooting with my dad and two other people (who have both been shooting for 25+ years and done dsc1) so am fairly knowledgable. so in essence im just kind of wandering if anyone knows of anyone who offers dsc that is fairly local to bath/wiltshire. any advice would be appreciated aswell.
