Guys, I am about to apply for my FAC, i have a fair bit of rabbiting ground and i was wondering which rifle you would recommend......i would also like to do a bit of target shooting on a low key scale but i enjoy longer distance target shooting. My main thought is .22lr or .17hmr? and is there an obvious recommendation on model? Many Thanks Toby

    i have been resting on a sand bag with a firm relaxed grip, slow trigger pull and following the pellet.

    It was resprung by a local gunsmith but he removed no old oil e.t.c so i did it myself, i wish i resprung it myself cost 40 quid Its at 11.5 apparently and it has a Hawke 3-9x40 scope Im using Bisley Magnums atm Thanks for the advice!

    My HW80 has just been resprung, do i need to wear it in? Also does it damage the rifle to fire it without any pellets in it? Im 16 and shoot accuratly enough with a .22 and AAS200 but i get a grouping of about 5/6 inches with my HW80 .22 any advice/ things i could do to inprove it? Also does it matter if there is grease in front of the seal? Many Thanks Toby :look:

  15. Hi, I have bought said calibre pellets to see which i prefer, At £8.80 a tin posted, i need to reclaim some money on my decision! I will include 50 of each size for those to try and see what they prefer! Thats £2.70 if you do the Maths for 150 pellets, postage will be extra, It is said they are the preferred diet of Air Arms PCP's Give it a go! Many Thanks Toby
