  3. As per the title has any one tried the Highlander Climax base layer that John Norris sell. I have just got the latest flyer in the post and thought for £8.99 might be worth a punt but looking to see if any one else has bought them and what they thought. Supposedly high wicking. Figgy
  4. So following on from all my van disaster / what new van posts . It is proving a real headache to find another van with reasonable mileage within my budget seen one or two but nothing stands out. So I have been looking around on what else would fit the bill for my bucks and the picasso seems like it might do the job . I have seen some 2005 models with the 1.6HDI engine and very low mileage ( 45k ish) for around 3200-3450 K and there is no VAT to pay on top. One at that price has full leather , cruise control , and all the trimmings , still do around 50mpg. The rear seats come out leaving more than enough room for my shooting and fishing gear , dogs etc. I could perhaps get a van a little newer with a few more miles for a tad more money but have no specific need for one . So anyone have a picasso ? and how do you find them ? , I all ready run a 2011 citroen c3 1.6 HDI and it has been great.
