shoot2kill Posted September 26, 2009 Report Share Posted September 26, 2009 bought a new max tracer lamp last year haveing used it about a dozen times and since then as been storde up. just been trying to charge it there seems twe be no power atall apart from a breaf faint light for about 3 seconds. and wont come on atall. can the bulb be burnt out this fast?? wymberley Posted September 27, 2009 Report Share Posted September 27, 2009 Hi, Oops! If your bulb wasn't blown, it is now after plugging in to the mains. Problem is any of the components could be duff, including the charger. As the electrics are pretty straight-forward, if you've got an electrician mate with a multimeter, he'll sort it in minutes rather than you messing about scratching your head trying different components which you may just damage to boot.
