BSA-airgunner
if the power has dropped of get it crono'ed then if its low have it serviced and maybe a new spring be warned over 12ftlb it becomes a fire arm
Bleeh
Maybe the pellets where 'dieasled' a tad from the oil left in the barrel? - putting them above normal power?
Snap Cap
I had a TX and found loading it a bit fiddly due to the design of the breach. I found it was very easy to damage the skirt of the pellet trying to get them into the breach which did effect the guns performance. A french chalk test is impossible on those as this is a good test to find if the breach seal is leaking. Get it on a chrono and take it from there. oneshotkiller
If it is brand new i would say it is now run in and the power has settled down , the TX is a very well enginered rifle that shoots on par with a tuned HW . I think if you crono it you will find its running at about 11.4-.6 , my tuned HW77 runs at the same ftilbs and doesnt feel overly powerful now it has run in Hope this helps .
