Up for sale is my black Defender wth the 2.5TD engine,

E reg and 114K mileage on the clock,

Full service history,

Fully wax oiled every year and greased and hamerited every 6 months,

Large new alloys and Colway MTs,

New full exhaust,

Put drivers side floor in and rebuilt doors piller,

Stainless door and bonnnet screws and new hinges,

New headlights and indicator covers,

Wood lined and dog guard ,

Three seperate gun racks - makes it really easy when lamping!

Central cubby box,

New aiwa radio and aerial

12 months MOT and 6mths TAX,

This is a fantastic off road vehicle which is perfect for lamping or a keepers vehicle. I'm selling it as I don't need a full off road vehicle anymore, so I've down graded to a more suitable run about. I have only used this for running to town and going lamping and going to shoots when I used to live in Cumbria. I can take it down to Cumbria to meet someone if it helps, to save coming all the way up here.

I have made a tool and dog box that fits in the back out of sight and made a lamping wiring loom that connects to a car battery so you can knock the ignition off. I'm keeping these at the minute but if it would help sell the truck I'll let them go for a small fee.

Any questions please just PM me, I'm asking £2,550

I've never tried it. But I read up about it a while ago and I think if you get the mixture right and the fuel is clean and you replace the filters regularly it should be okay.

However, I would go onto the Landrover forums and read what those lads do as there will be a right way of doing it properly.

The powers that be have caught on to cars running on veg oil hence the price hike on veg oil its now more expensive than diesel

Eh? I'm running my Skoda on Morrison's best rapeseed oil at £2.52 for 3 litres - 20p/litre less than their diesel
