I just feel that there are people that are a lot nastier getting out a lot sooner than he did. I'm not intending to defend the guy, what he did was very wrong. The guard did die a lot later, but the injuries he had to live with were terrible and you can't say that they didn't perhaps affect his heath enough for him to be more open to other illnesses?
