UKPoacher
If you don't mind a 30/30 rather than a Mildot then look at the Walther 3-9 x 40 illuminated PX scope on offer at JSR. I had one on my last gun and made the mistake of letting it go and replacing it with a Richter. Big mistake!
Ali-C
The Nikko Sterling Mountmaster range are very good, as are the MTC range, the MTC Cobra is well within your budget and I cannot reccommend it enough, brilliant little scope, mildot reticle as standard, PA on the abjective bell, and variable magnification and clear, bright optics, all for about £50, oh and second to none aftersales services. paul65
I have a Nikko Stirling Air KIng Gold Crown (that's a mouthful !) 2-7x32 on my BSA Lightning XL. It's a great scope, I've had it for a year or so, I think I paid about £50 - £60 for it.
edr
I had a hawke sport hd before, i have now talked to the gunsmith i use and have decided to go for a Sport HD IR 4-12 x 50 AO, a bit of an upgrade but still keeping the mil dot and adding illuminated recticle. Many Thanks For The Replies EDR
Frenchieboy
Why not have a look at: http://www.sga-uk.co.uk/ They do a selection of pretty good scopes that are within your budget. i.e. I have a set of Bushnell Sportsman 6-24 X 50 (Illuminated Reticule) scopes on my CZ 452 17hmr that I got from them for under £80.00 and I can not fault them, plus their prices include 1st Class Recorder Postage! bullet boy
In my view you wont go far wrong with Bushnell,Simmons or Nikko Sterling scopes for what you want.
jackinbox99
Another vote for hawk from me. I had a sport HD one on my s410 for a long while. The optics were lovely and sharp.
