Rushylads terrier

Recommended Posts

Yes y.p. both terriers go to ground well and stay too! "Tarka" is a bit too hard and will never give ground, but "Tarn" my Fell terrier is a really smart and clever Bitch and will stand off a bit giving tounge and never gets bitten. She fences with vermin and will always find in the deepest of places. Ground work is under too much pressure so I tend to do a lot of ratting with them nowadays.

Thats better! If you look at the picture of the two Ratting you will see that my fell bitch is untouched but "Tarka" is bitten. She just grabs the rats anywhere and usually gets bit, but the fell bitch very rarely gets touched and she catches the most out of the two! Same at ground work too. Thats why she is badly marked up but it is not always visible due to a lot of hair around her face.
