groach1234
Well i have seen these sealskinz socks and they certainly look to be up to the job as water proof but are they that good? also what are they like for warmth? any help will be appreciated. Jim Sarakun
Excellent sock, perfect for wearing with neoprene boots which do get a bit damp internally in the cold, which in turn makes your feet cold. Have a look also, on fleabay, at the British Army Goretex socks. If you are tempted, buy the black ones as the green ones have a taped seem which eventually comes off. BlaserF3
My wife goes fell walking and she bought some of the Sealskinz socks and finds them excellent and they do keep your feet warm.
miroku4399
I have used them but only when I know that my feet are going to get wet, as had already been said they can get cold. As for army gortex socks they are ok but like so many other things civvi equivilant are usually better
