Problem is if you have a decent base unit with quality components in and try to sell it , a lot of people will look on ebay and think hmmm I can get a better spec system for not that much more/or the same price . Little do they realise that what is inside most of those cheap pc's off ebay and also some well known high street stores is basically the cheapest **** components shoved in a box , but most people think they are getting a bargain :( . plexer Posted September 16, 2005 Report Share Posted September 16, 2005 Well if the xp home is legit that's £50 to buy an oem copy so from your estimate of being able to build one thats better for £125 that would leave £75.
