farmboy99
thats a tough call i think the 80 is designed more with fac power in mind although its still excellent sub 12. have you also considered the underlever offerings? 97, 77 and the aatx200/pro sport? thereyre all excellent too. ive got a 90k that ive had for a few years and its a great piece of kit. im actually sellingit at the mo as i have to wittle my collection down to 2 guns which will be the hw100tk (when ive got the funds!) and the s400. its got a few light marks on metal work but its hardly noticable and one small chip on stock but thats it its in great condition and working order other than that. its a .177 and comes with a nearly brand new 6-18x40 sweet 17 and a brocock gunslip im after about 240 for the lot if youre interested give us a shout. good luck with whatever you pick theyre all good guns -tom
YROCK
you are better off with a hw80.Overall they are more favoured and much more resellable. If you get a secondhand 90 becareful of abused tampered models. The 80 is very realiable, accurate and robust top quality springer. tweedledee
the 80 is a legend.it has a massive following.i had an early 90k in 22 and it was a fantastic rifle as well.it did n`t twang like a spring gun.either will give you a lifetimes service though the 80 will be easier fettled with
