Lord Geordie
From his initial post it seems he dismantled the rifle Not me fella if MINE ever did (and it aint yet after 6 month) i would simply rod it like i said. Make a rod end on a lathe from a piece of steel with the end FLAT and the sides machined out to fit a few orings. Then attatch to a rob by means of screwing on to the rod. Place down the barrel till it hits the pellet (blockage) and give it a tap with a light hammer. The O-rings should prevent damage to the rifling Zeb
ROB REYNOLDS UK
if you can not move the pellet with a rod try and warm up the barrell over the gas ring as it will soften the pellet keep the air in the gun and when its really warm try and fire it ,then let it cool down by its self and rub it down with an oil cloth you will never know its been played about with
SNAKEBITE
if you can not move the pellet with a rod try and warm up the barrell over the gas ring as it will soften the pellet keep the air in the gun and when its really warm try and fire it ,then let it cool down by its self and rub it down with an oil cloth you will never know its been played about with Scarey!! Not sure I'd want to do that. I would be likely to *****r it right up! I like the ram rod idea, however to add to Zebs idea it would be a good idea to make the o-ring grooves at intervals along the whole length of the rod so as to prevent any metal to metal contact in the barrel. You could even make the rod from brass if you have acces to the material to make things even safer. If Parrotman or anyone has trouble getting hold of and making a rammer drop me a line and I will see what we have lying around at work. No promises but I will do my best
