garyb
Chaps... I still have a fridge full of Pheasants! It occured to me, that I probably should be saving some of the wings, in order to use them with dummys whilst training my young Springer over the summer months.... What's the best way to save / cure them for this purpose? GB

Malc
I usually put them in a bit of sawdust to draw the moisture out.
