Sinistercr0c
I already have a large army camo netting which I find a bit too big and bulky to carry in the holdall with all the other gear (takes up too much room too), so am thinking of switching to either a realtree or Mossy oak net....you know the ones with the leaf cut outs. However, I'm not sure which one is darker over all. Some of the fields I shoot border a railway line with steep, tree lined banks with ivy etc, growing up the rabbit wire, so I was thinking the darker netting would blend in better? Any opinions appreciated.
Lez325
Mossy Oak in winter - real tree avantage Timber in summer Les
henry d
Don`t forget the string/bricks/clips/guylines and tent pegs to keep it in one place Seriously, it blows about in the slightest wind taking great delight in catching gunbuttons and anything it can to make your day a nightmare, I only use mine to add 3D to a poor background. Stick with the MOD net.
big simmo999
Yep - I've got to agree with Henry there - they snag on anything. If you are wanting to move away from MOD type netting - the best choice is a stealth. These don't snag your gun, they are lightweight and strong. Buy from a proper shop (the sponser of this site!) and you will be getting the real McCoy. I now use a stealth all the time - butI always have my MOD in the car with me - especially in winter when the cover is sparse
