debaser
I have a standard .410 mossburg pump, it's chambered for 3 inch cartridges. As normal it can hold 2+1, so far so good. However today I bought some 2 inch cartridges and noticed you can get three in the magazine so it's now 3+1. I thought that you would need an FAC for this? Or does the legislation make an allowance for 2 inch cartridges? It's not really a problem, I'm just curious. Cheers. Dan
Andy H
As long as cannot put 3 x 3" carts in the magazine you are good to go
John_R
Your gun is legal, just don't go putting 3 x 2" carts in the magazine. It would seem they trust us not to do that, and I bet they would come down pretty hard on anyone they found taking advantage.
