starletman
I am a newbie to all things shooting and am expecting my certificate any day now,as you can imagine i have trawled all the gun sites looking for my first gun and have decided on a benelli m2.Is this a good choice for rabbits and where could i find a second hand one as my original budget was only £1000 and this goes over slightly. starletman
I originally wanted an o/u but after looking really liked the look of a semi auto.
RC45
Go for the M2, from what I have heard, you won't be dissapointed. Phil
lowlander
they are good guns, but if i were you ide get an o/u as a first gun then get a semi auto at a later date :( lowlander
RC45
I'd say get the M2 and a cheap SBS. You can get a o/u later, but you probably won't use it. :(
HDAV
I'd say get the M2 and a cheap SBS. You can get a o/u later, but you probably won't use it. As another newbie can i ask why you suggest a semi and a SxS? I have a SxS and fancied an O/U but think for now I'll stick SxS (it helps explain my poor results!) Silhouette
Get whatever fits you best, looks good and will give the most pleasure shooting. If it fits well, you'll be able to shoot it whatever it is.
