It's Rainin White Feathers
are pigeons more difficult to decoy at this time of the year. i am seeing hundreds but they just won't work for me! have been under flightlines but they just won't commit to the coys, which they fly over and can clearly see? It's difficult to establish when they are feeding as they seem to prefer to fly from sitty tree to sitty tree? is early morning best at this time of year because of the long nights? Any ideas or suggestions?
Cranfield
The birds are still spoilt by choice at the moment and weather conditions (especially heavy rain), will affect their feeding patterns. The answer is observation, to find out when and where they are feeding. Highlanders thread "Do Pigeons", is a good example of how the activity on a particular field, varies throughout the day.
