ford maverick lower sills

any of you guys know where i can get a set of sills for a ford maverick ?,

 

im looking for new preferably im not keen on a "breakers" half the time there kot is worse than what you tryng to replace!!

 

locla ford dealer says dont do em anymore cant get em

 

none of local motro factors here can get em either!!!!

Have you tried getting them from the 24/7 spares place on the net.

 

I got a wing for my old fellas car from there, and it was about £30, in primer, delivered.

you could always cut them out and replace whole sill with 3x3 box section . works a treat , full lengh jacking point too ,

rember to stich in the under side for the mot .

sorry hodge , forgot to write in plain english , im used to slang , forgot that others might not see it that way . you are quiete right ,, all seams sound be solid and continues , pay etention around the suspension moun ts too . sorry for misleading you .

worked a treat on mates vit , and done several of the off road clubs motors to , you can use them as rock sliders aparently . what ever they may be ??
