Dave-G
What do ya think of this guys? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...AMEWA%3AIT&rd=1 hoping for my fac rimfire VERY soon and currently have a simmons 9-24x50AO (what does AO mean?) on my 12lb s410 - which is probably much more than needed - so maybe I just ought to get a cheap un for my s410 and swap em over? Axe
Id stick the Simmons on your rimfire Dave and get a 3-9x40 for your airgun. Cheapest and best option in my opinion. 9-24x50 on an airgun is well over the top.
Dave-G
Thanks Axe - still undecided at this time - and considering one with a range finder, though the feo suggested today that they're not overly accurate? He uses a hand held laser type
Magpies are gay
I would stick to your 9-24X50 simmons scope, for the moment, I think the 8.5-34 would be a bit too much, would be much better on a c/f AO means parralex adjustable....which i dont get as the scope that your looking at has SWP (side wheel parralex) which is confusing, I dont trust these Japanese scopes, if you try doing a search for them over google or the make they say they are in this case AGS and HAWK/DEBEN..... One of my mates purchased a 4-16X40 IR Japanese scope of e-bay, that turned out to be a copy of tasco! just with a different name!
