mick54dog
i had my last days squirreling on the estate for this year today, visiting small outlying woods which arnt trapped by the keepers. ended up with 11 squirrels and a jackdaw. used my new semi auto, and was very pleased with its performance, its a lot easier on the old shoulder than the side x side and the extra shot is certainly a bonus when things get exciting! in total 103 squizzers have been removed in 6 visits to the estate, i ll now leave them in peace.........till next year! atb mick

aaron airgunner
well done, but why leave them in peace? they're pushing out the reds and the less greys there are the more room there is for the reds. BTW can i see a pic of your new shottie? Edited April 9, 2010 by aaron airgunner

mick54dog
Excellent shooting again. But why leave them in peace? the keepers on the estate will continue in trapping the little blighters throughout the year, however, i am only allowed to shoot on the estate for 5/6 weeks, from begining of march to now. i will of course continue to shoot squirrels when i come accross them elsewhere Edited April 9, 2010 by mick54dog
