Catamong
I'm out tomorrow over some rape that I've been watching for the last few days - not as many bird about as there were a couple of weeks ago, don't know why...?? In the past i've always found that once they start on the rape, they stay on it till the drillings start, but this year has been a bit funny, in that they started very early on the rape, so perhaps the recent strong winds have brought down a few acorns or beechmast, and they'll be back in the woods for a bit..?? Who knows, if I get a good bag, I'll post the results, otherwise I'll say nothing..!!
