Hewey
Hi All, I currently have 2 of my 4 Electronic flappers out of action, anyone know what motors they use. Cheers Hewey
stubby
can you not just take one of the broken motors out, trip to maplins, see if the have anything simular that would be upto the job
Hewey
Hi Stubby, Well that was going to be my next step, just thought I'd ask to see if anyone had already repaired one. Cheers H.
John_R
Any idea why they are breaking? Are you snapping the wings to avoid too much stress on the motor?
pmiddy
Hi what type are they as i have had 3 ov them and 2 ov them broke , i also broke the wings each time i used them , so i guess its the motors that arent upto it . thinking of getting the torque flapper next as the mk5 one from the site sponsors isnt upto the job well not the continous flapping over a full 6-10 hrs but i recon if you had a intermitent timer on them they would last longer , less stain on the motor i think cheers......................paul
Hewey
Hi, Yes do break the wings, always make sure they are well broken, not sure why they stopped working. As for the type, they were from the Site Sponsor UK Shootwarehouse, had then a little while though. they do work continually, though don't get used loads out of my other 2 one has started to run very slowly so reckon that's about to fail too.
