Colster
Took my mate out for evening on the bunnies last night, even though he phoned me in the morning to cry off as the weather didn't look good. Told him to man up and grow a pair and that it would be fine come the evening. Sure enough come half three the sun came out and we were on. He turned up about six and the field we were going on is only half a mile up the road so we were soon in position and ready to go. He ended the night with 8, two of which were 90yarders (which I told him I was going to take credit for as I ranged them and told him where to aim) and one he had to crawl about 20yards through grass that really hadn't dried out that much . One highlight of the evening was a young roe buck which came from the next field over and ran all the way across towards us, it stopped 40yards away and stared at us for ages before making it's way off across the field.
