Put a couple of arms out at eaves height on the big shed & then put some wire or similar between them, slope up at 45 degrees. You may also need to do this on the fence behind the little shed as it doesn't look difficult for him to go over there either. If the dog is a full time Houdini I'd suggest getting a run for him as you'll be 100% happy that he's safe & he can't leg it, once some dogs get a taste for escaping it's difficult to break the habit. If he can get on the shed roof I wouldn't count on him not being able to get over a 6 foot fence.
