Mrs Sweepy
As some of you know i did the moon walk the few weeks back. I couldnt believe how much i enjoyed the training and how much it had improved my fittness. Now over the last few weeks i have been busy at work so have not had time too keep the training up. But now would like too get back into it again . The only drawback is that the person i trained with did not fair so well so has lost interest in keeping it up. So am looking for someone or even the group of persons who would be intested in joining me maybe once a week. For a good long walk (miles dont matter we can build on it as we go) I have thought about joining the ramblers but the only groups round here it would seem are in their 80s or are couples who wear matching jumpers. And even though am no spring chicken That really is not my scene. So if your local or you know anyone who would be up for it please p.m me. Believe me its a great way to get into shape and without the pain Or if anyone could point me in the right direction to a club whos members have not got free bus passes . Thank you xxxxSuzy

Mrs Sweepy
Its surpising how fit you feel after the couple of weeks. In a matter of four weeks i had lost about the stone in weight. And the best bit was i didnt have to cut back on food. I dont mind walking on my own or with the dogs But sometimes its just nice to have a bit of company xxxxSuzy
